These Terms of Service govern access to and use of FrontBooker, including services, features, and content. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a booking.

Accounts: Provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential.

Bookings: All reservations are subject to availability, confirmation, and property-specific policies displayed before checkout.

Payments: Supported payment methods authorize FrontBooker or its providers to charge applicable fees. Refunds follow the cancellation policy for each booking.

Prohibited uses include fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, manipulation of reviews, and unlawful activity.

FrontBooker acts as an intermediary between guests and providers and limits liability to the extent permitted by law.

Affiliate participants must use approved referral assets, comply with disclosure laws, and avoid misleading promotions.
